What To Know Before You Go
Hotel
We will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Columbus throughout the duration of the event. If you are planning on driving to the event, please use the Chestnut Street Garage. View the parking guide here. Know that only self-parking will be covered by Amplix and routed right to the master bill. Valet parking will not be covered.
Travel & Expense Reports
You can expense your taxi/rideshare services to and from the airport. Expense reports must be reported via Tallie no later than 30 days after purchase.
Monday Arrivals
For those coming in on Monday night, you will be able to expense $50 for dinner. You can find a list of suggested restaurants around the area HERE.
If your arrival time lines up with a fellow employee’s, we encourage you to coordinate and share a ride.
During the Event
The dress code throughout Amplix Connect is casual/relaxed. Shorts, t-shirts, and flip-flops are allowed. Tuesday & Wednesday night dinners are mandatory for all Amplix employees. Check out the agenda for details on where we’ll be going!
We will be using the GuestPix platform as a way to share photos throughout the event. For some extra fun, Culture Club will be hosting a photo scavenger hunt. Employees who complete all the scavenger hunt tasks will be entered into a drawing to win AwardCo points that can be redeemed for Amplix swag.
