Adam Rennert has spent over 20 years at the intersection of enterprise technology and business transformation, first as a practitioner across solution engineering, product management, and customer support at major technology providers, then as a founder, and now as an architect of one of the industry’s most ambitious growth stories.
In 2013, Adam co-founded PeakView Communications, building from the ground up a contact center transformation practice that became a recognized leader in CCaaS evaluation and cloud migration. The methodology he developed there, rigorous, process-driven, and built around enterprise outcomes rather than vendor preference, helped dozens of large organizations make the transition to the cloud the right way. That approach attracted the attention of InflowCX, which acquired PeakView in 2021. Adam went on to help lead InflowCX to become a market leader in enterprise CX services before InflowCX itself became part of the Amplix platform.
As President of Amplix, Adam is driving the company’s evolution into a top-tier technology advisory firm; one that goes deeper and wider across the technology stack to meet the rapidly changing needs of enterprise clients. His focus is on expanding Amplix’s service and technology capabilities, accelerating speed to value for clients, and amplifying return on technology investment across an increasingly complex landscape. He also oversees the continued maturation of Amplix’s go-to-market organization, ensuring the firm’s talent and expertise remain at the forefront of the industry. In parallel, Adam works closely with capital partner GemSpring Capital to drive the strategic growth and value creation that positions Amplix among the top technology advisors in the market.
His career arc from practitioner to founder to acquiree to growth leader gives him a perspective on enterprise technology that few in the industry can match.
