Joe is the Executive Chairman of Amplix, advising our business through rapid organic and M&A-driven growth. Joe founded ROI Communications, one of the original three companies that combined to form Amplix, and has a proven track record of building and operating highly successful technology sales and consulting organizations. Joe is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors at the Joe Andruzzi Foundation and supports additional charities with his wife Erin like Big Brothers Big Sisters and local Food Banks. He also volunteers as a coach for local lacrosse and wrestling teams, supporting his son Jackson. Joe is an Alumni of Springfield College where he received a BS in Sports Management with a Business Minor while wrestling varsity.
