Amplix Achieves SOC 2 Type II Security Certification

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

NORWOOD, Mass. (July 7, 2026) – Amplix, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital and a national provider of technology advisory services, including strategy, consulting, implementation, and managed services, announced today its achievement of SOC 2 Type II certification. The certification confirms that Amplix’s controls for protecting client data and systems were suitably designed and operating effectively throughout the audit period.

SOC 2 Type II is an independent audit standard that assesses whether an organization’s internal security controls are not only properly designed but consistently followed over time. It is widely used by enterprise organizations to evaluate the data security practices of technology service providers before and during the course of a business relationship.

The certification reflects the organizational maturity Amplix has built as it continues to expand beyond advisory services into direct service delivery. Amplix’s managed services in mobility, connectivity, cybersecurity, and customer experience place the company directly within clients’ technology environments, where it accesses systems, manages vendor relationships, and handles data on their behalf. SOC 2 Type II provides clients and partners with independent confirmation that the controls governing that access meet a rigorous, recognized security standard.

“As we go deeper into clients’ environments, helping them not just select technology but deploy, manage, and protect the data it touches, earning the trust of those clients requires more than a promise,” said Dan Gill, CEO of Amplix. “SOC 2 Type II is the result of maturing our organization’s policies, systems, and culture to meet that standard. With capabilities that span the full technology lifecycle, and with emerging AI technologies reshaping how organizations think about data security and supply chain risk, we are committed to expanding the value Amplix delivers in the moments that matter most.”

As supply chain risk becomes an increasing concern for enterprises and technology vendors alike, Amplix’s demonstrated security maturity provides assurance that client data is protected throughout the lifecycle of an engagement.

“Achieving SOC 2 Type II required building the kind of internal discipline that does not happen overnight,” said Dylan Pure, Chief Operating Officer of Amplix. “It meant documenting our policies, training our teams, and demonstrating consistently over time that our controls work as designed. That commitment to diligence is how we earn the trust of the clients and partners who rely on us, and how we make sure that trust is warranted.”

The audit was conducted by SC&H Attest Services, P.C., an independent CPA firm based in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
