Norwood, Mass., February 6, 2025 – Amplix, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital and a leading national provider of technology advisory services, software, and customer experience (CX) today announced the hiring of veteran strategy and operations executive Dylan Pure as Chief Operating Officer.
In his role as COO, Pure will be responsible for enhancing Amplix’s operations and continuing Amplix’s development of its back office and managed services platform to deliver even greater value to its clients.

Pure most recently worked for private equity and consulting firms that operate in the cloud, digital transformation, and IT services space. He previously worked for business consultancy at PwC Strategy&. His well-rounded, but deep experience in developing growth strategies and optimizing operations will help Amplix accelerate its trajectory to being the premier technology advisory firm.
