Deidre (Dee) users her 25 years of experience in the technology industry supporting enterprise customers to lead the client success efforts at Amplix. Dee has a multi-organization track record of developing and running teams that deliver market leading customer service and support. At Amplix, Dee and her team have built what is widely recognized as the market leading Client Success function and proprietary technology advisor software platform. Dee has developed strategic partnerships with dozens of key suppliers, and leverages those relationships to support and advocate for our clients. Dee studied Economics at Wheaton College where she participated in Women’s Basketball and captained her team to a Final Four appearance. Dee spends her free time at the ice rink watching her children play hockey.
